kernel uprgade for Linux systems

We are going to upgrade kernel for all Linux servers to the latest release. The working time as below

- date: 28/07/2008
- time: 23h (GMT+7)

In this time, customers will face to small downtime, cause we will need to restart servers for new kernel applying. We will update this when it is completed

Update: the upgrading was finished. All servers are back to work without any trouble.

network maintenance in datacenter-2

We have just received a time frame for network maintenance in our datacenter-2 in Seattle. The details below

- date: July 01, 2008
- time: 12AM - 2AM PDT
- reason: core-switch upgrading and GBLX circuit testing

Customers network traffic will experience intermittent connectivity loss and slow routing during window.

We will update this again if there is any change, or we have more information from datacenter.
